[Product Ratings] How do I rate the courier service for the item that I purchase?

To rate the courier service, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Me tab

Step 2: Click on To Rate

Step 3: Select the order you wish to rate 

Step 4: Click on Rate 

Step 5: Rate Product Quality 

Step 6: Add Photos and/or Videos

Step 7: Write a Review on the product

Step 8: Toggle on Leave Your Review Anonymously if you choose 

Step 9: Rate the Seller’s ServiceDelivery Speed and Driver’s Service

Step 10: Leave a Review on the Courier's Service 

Step 11: Click on Submit

 

You can evaluate an order from various perspectives based on:
 
  • Product Rating
  • Seller Service
  • Delivery Speed
  • Driver Service
 

⚠️ Note:

 

  • A low rating for Delivery Speed and Driver Service will not be calculated into the seller's overall product rating
  • If the low rating is caused by Product Rating or Seller Service or a combination of either one of the two, the rating will affect the seller's overall product rating. 
  • You can provide feedback on the courier service to share your experience with us
  • You need to rate all 4 areas before you can submit your rating
